Hey everyone,
There are two service projects taking place this weekend.
First:
This Saturday there will be a service project at Calero Park on December 14th from 1:30 to 4:30. We will meet at Calero Park’s main parking lot to be given tools and a ride to the trail to work on. We will mostly be doing trail cleanup and weed whacking. Wear long clothing especially pants and long sleeves since there is poison oak in the area. Gloves are also highly recommended. We will be cleaning the Canada Del Oro trail and this a great opportunity for scouts of all ages but especially new scouts to get service hours to rank up and environmental service hours which don’t come around often. Second:
Ayden will be holding a service project on Sunday the 15th at Graystone Park, where we will doing a trash pick up for 1 hour. Ayden will bring donuts and hot cocoa. Please bring your own gloves and he will provide trash bags and some gloves. You will have to be there at 9:30am. Email him at hanniganayden@gmail.com for more details.
